Transfering old website to a New Domain

Hi All,

I need someone who has experience to transfer my old Website to a new Domain. Im currently using a .co.uk domain which is 16 years old and would like my website on google.com and international search to rank higher and plan to move to a .com domain.

This project is basically to handle the website SEO properly in transfer and notifying google of the change handling the google account during this process. The website adminitrator can handle the move however the SEO aspect i need someone to make sure all the link juice and claims on google are done properly so this switch over does not create too much traffic downtime.
