Sitemap of Uploaded URLS not indexing

Please read before applying:

The sitemap is generated by the CRM with a list of urls which are generated for the real estate properties.
The properties are not hosted on the website, they are just shown by a plugin which is connected via API to the CRM.
The sitemap is uploaded manually to Google search console and contains a big number of urls, around 9000

these are some examples of the urls:

the problem is that google is not indexing the urls, just few of them, I am looking for a solution to index them properly.
