SEO Work for my Companies WordPress Website

I’m looking for someone to help improve the SEO on my new WordPress website (www.bluematrix.co.uk). I have put Yoast plugin on the site, which I've used before on my older site, but need someone with very good experience to get in there, set up keywords, etc relevant to my business (Accountancy firm based in the UK), and suggest areas and ideas to improve wording on pages to make them rank as best as possible, with any extras that you offer to help improve the websites rankings.

Ideally not wanting to just get someone that runs off a SEO report with generic suggestions but to actually have someone help to make these changes/suggestions. Any changes to the website pages (wording etc) would need to be checked by me first before of course, but backend SEO stuff can be done as needed.
