Hey there! We're looking for people to test and simulate a natural clickthrough of our website and its content. This instance will go as follows -

Step 1: Do the following Google Search: "misplaced calls in healthcare contact centers"

Step 2: When the search results come up, the link should be one of the first links. It is a www.parlancecorp.com website, titled "Misplaced Calls and the Contact Center"

Step 3: Read all of the text on the page (takes about 1 min).

Step 4: After you finish reading the blog post, go to the top of the page and click on the "Resources" tab, then click on "Media". Scroll down to the videos section and click on the video titled "Mission Possible - Eliminate Agent Burnout!". Please watch this on YouTube by clicking the Youtube logo on the video.

Step 5: Type out what you thought was interesting about the video and comment it below. (Make sure Parlance is spelled correctly) *NOTE: You are not pretending to be a customer or pretending your business is looking to use this service. Make it natural - you can talk about how you thought the animation was cool or about how Parlance's technology is impressive.

Step 6: Send me a screenshot of what you commented on the YouTube video.
