    this was posted last week as well, and many commented on it, including me, maybe listen to the comments as like said seo is an investment can not be guaranteed (look it up in google my friend) asking already for a refund before even anything is done is a red flag, and budget is low for what you want, seems you want people to work for you for free... bad habit... my friend
