Seo - rubbish removal website

I am looking for estimates for monthly seo for a waste collection site. The site is currently being designed and when finished will appear similar to http://wasteking.co.uk/ but will be aimed at the North West, specifically Manchester and Liverpool.

The site is being designed in word press.

I would like some estimates for seo on a monthly, contract free basis.

The types of keywords I would like targeted are: house clearance manchester, house clearance liverpool, rubbish removal manchester, rubbish removal liverpool, commercial waste manchester, commercial waste liverpool.

A site name has not been decided yet so I am open to ideas if this would help seo.
