first of all your website is not optimized , it is slowly, google does not like slowly websites, second do some ES backlinks (we have these) third do your monthly seo package to get ranked higher (we can all do this for you but we need to know a budget, if you take a seo package from us we will included as a bonus ES backlinks that is not a problem, hope i could help and hope to hear a response thank you

Ist Website domain .es is based on spain specifically. So I would suggest add spain Geo code in website as well change Lang tag in header.
Add some .es domain based backlinks.
