SEO meta tags/titles and link building

I would like someone to write some meta tags and titles for a few clients and would be ongoing work whenever we need them done.

I have a template of how we would like them but it's researching the best keywords for the page for the area using keyword planner/SEMrush etc.

Please quote for a website of 30 pages. Would require a test of 3 sets of titles done for two websites to prove yourself.
