Hi, I\'m looking for a freelancer to provide link building services for my website.

The Keywords are:
vehicle inspection
car inspection
motor vehicle inspection
used vehicle inspection

The prerequisites of the campaign would be as follows:

The page the link is on must have a PR of 3 or more
Links should be on a page with no more than 10 other links
Links must be on relevant sites with relevant content

The link must be do follow link
The link must contain specified anchor text
The link must be permanent or present for at least 12 months
A report of all links will be required

The links should be acquired using white hat methods only
The links should be acquired manually and not by an automated bot etc
