SEO & Google My Business Optimisation

I'm looking for an expert to help me on an ongoing basis with SEO and Google My Business Optimisation. I have been doing SEO now for 3 years with mixed results. At times my rankings have been high and I've had many important keywords on the top page, other times my rankings drop and my leads dry up. I need someone to give my rankings a push to page 1 quickly and keep them there. Since the on page SEO of my website is very good and ticks a lot of boxes it shouldn't be too difficult to attain page 1 for many keywords, especially as I've already been on page 1 before many times. I'd need to get most of my keywords back to page 1 within 3 months which is not unrealistic considering the amount of SEO I have already done.

Regarding GMB, this has been very effective in generating leads for me but has flatlined a bit lately and the data shows it's not bringing many visitors to my site or generating calls. My ranking position in the local SEO has also dropped lately despite being very high quite recently. This also needs a quick push.
