SEO & Content Optimisation Freelancer

Introduction:

- We’re looking for multiple freelancers to optimise, improve, and update a large amount of home and garden content. This will be an ongoing, regular effort, not just a one-time project.
- While previous SEO experience is desirable, it is not essential to be considered for this opportunity.
- We can provide a consistent amount of work and schedule deadlines around your other commitments.
- Even if you’re not a perfect fit for this opportunity, don’t be put off from applying. We will consider applicants with a range of experience and training will be provided to align freelancers with our processes.

What does this role involve?

- Optimising meta title, meta description, and headings to align with our goals.
- Inserting additional internal links.
- Identifying content gaps and expanding content to capture additional traffic.
- Optimising content to align with digital content best practices and improve conversion rates.
- Updating outdated or inaccurate information in content.
- Adding images and identifying opportunities for new visuals.


Requirements:

- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Experience using Ahrefs or other SEO-related tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML.
- Fluent in English.
- An understanding of online content best practices.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines.

We will use a paid test to view your SEO capabilities before we organise a consistent workload to ensure you are the correct fit for the company.

The pay shown for this work is for the test only and not the continuing work, where you will optimise a preferred page for our company.
