Hello,
I am the owner of an ecommerce website. (I will share more details later)
We were getting significant organic traffic without doing any marketing efforts. Then, we decided to spend on an SEO company(based in India) who told us how great they were and all the experience they have. The website had consistent organic - very targeted traffic for about 2 years. Through all the updates, it never went down.
a month after hiring them, our traffic SUDDENLY plummeted. It's now under 10% of what it used to be and they aren't giving me any good answers. I need someone who knows what they are doing to come take a look at this and let me know what we can do to resolve the issue and how to move forward.
