SEO and Ranking improvement required

One of our clients requires assiatnce i helping improve their ranking in order to help drive enquiries in to their niche industry. It is closely related to construction.

There are approximately 5-10 keywords, plus small regional variations that are required. They operate within a geographic range of circa 40 miles, spanning 10-15 towns

They operate a wordpress site, and we do have an inhouse team that can assist with new page development if required.

I am interested in receiving a quote for your monthly management fee to create and optimise the accounts. As this is a white label job, we would a bi-weekly and monthly summary of results and up to date ranking and traffic results

All contact will be with our agency (which hopefully speeds things up for you)

Having used PPH for a number of years, I already know there will be far more applicants than we could handle. Therefore we will be quite strict on approvals and discussions.

Any application without the following information will be rejected to streamline the process, and weed out any "auto" applicants who haven't read the brief. No exceptions I'm afraid

1. A Brief summary of your experience, including how many people are on your team. If your "team" is freelancers, that's fine - just be transparent. We are open-minded as to whether we hire an individual or an agency

2. 1 or 2 examples of a geographically-targeted SEO activity with headline results

3. What hours and time zone you prefer to work in

4. An example of your standard & specific reporting. Feel free to blank out the client names, etc

5. The monthly fee for the SEO work, including any links, etc Ignore my placeholder project fee, and bid with your monthly management fee please

6. If successful, When you are available to start and how long it would take you to "go live" based upon circa 5-10 phrases within a 30ml radius which may need geo-named variants (if that's your strategy)

7. Please note if you are offered the position, we will want to verify with a UK client their experience with you. If you are unable to provide due to confidentiality, please do not apply.

8. We plan on creating a shortlist of up to 5 (probably 3) people to have a discussion with ahead of hiring. With this in mind, please understand we are only able to work with partners who are fluent in written and spoken English, and are available for live zoom/skype calls etc

One final point - all questions should be sent via PPH and the noticeboard or message system. Any connection requests on linkedin, email or other social media will immediately result in you being rejected for the project.
