Guide structure: video pacing, hooks, retention tools, and posting schedule
Align content format with platform algorithm triggers to boost reach
2. Local SEO & Keyword Research
Research and implement strategic keywords and hashtags for Los Angeles real estate
Align terms with buyer, seller, and investor intent
Apply keyword strategy across captions, titles, and searchable elements
3. Optimization of Existing Content Assets
Enhance bios, titles, descriptions, captions, and tags for SEO and engagement
Recommend changes to maximize discoverability without altering the content’s core
4. Strategic Frameworks (Templates & Suggestions)
Provide titles, hooks, caption formulas, and CTA placements for future content
Keep tone aligned with my brand: empowering, strategic, and confident
5. (Optional) Performance Monitoring & Adjustments
