Prestahop SEO - Site Structure & Canconical Tags

We urgently require help in optimizing the structure of our Prestashop website and implementing canonical tags for improved search engine optimization. Our e-commerce site utilizes the Prestashop Advanced SEO module, so experience working with this plugin would be beneficial.
