Organic SEO for 2 websites

Hi

I have 2 websites that I am looking to optimise for

- First site is a one page website with limited content, however it does not hame any major competition. I am looking to rank for 3 key phrases

- Second site is a large site with multiple pages, and lots of text. There has been some off page article submissions and link building done, and but looking to increase that majorly. Looking to rank for 6 - 10 works.
