Organic leads campaign (TE)

We are a London based property company. One of our services is an eviction support service to assist landlords follow the process correctly and to make sure tenants are not unlawfully evicted. We currently conduct paid ads to generate our leads of landlords needing assistance.

We are now looking for someone to create and execute a plan in order for for us to generate leads organically with a key KPI for the amount of leads organically to exceed the leads via paid ad campaign

Im looking for the right candidate to provide a proposal covering the following:

Identify the top 5 keywords for our eviction service that has the most searches
Identify the top 5 keywords for our eviction service that has the most searches but also have the least competition to rank
Identify where our websites rank for those keywords you select


The proposal should include timescales and costs in order for them to get our websites ranking for those keywords
