Due to rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Online Digital Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our digital presence and drive measurable growth.

The Role
This is not a one-off project. We are looking for a long-term partner to manage and continuously improve all aspects of our online marketing on a monthly rolling basis.
You will be responsible for ensuring our brand is highly visible, consistently professional, and ranking at the top of relevant search results.

Key Responsibilities
• Full management and optimisation of our website (design, structure, content, UX)
• Advanced SEO strategy & implementation (on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
• AI optimisation to ensure visibility across emerging AI-driven search platforms
• Continuous performance tracking and reporting (rankings, traffic, conversions)
• Creation and management of targeted digital campaigns
• Ongoing website updates to ensure content is relevant, current, and high-performing

You must have proven experience managing and growing engagement across all major platforms, including:
• LinkedIn
• Facebook
• Instagram
• X (Twitter)

• YouTube
Responsibilities include:
• Creating regular, high-quality content
• Targeting the correct audiences (schools, public sector, commercial clients)
• Building brand awareness and generating inbound enquiries
• Managing posting schedules, engagement, and analytics
