One-off Technical SEO and Indexation Cleanup for 4 domains

Objective

Fix technical SEO and indexation issues so each domain is clean, fast, and indexable. Raise Ahrefs Health to 90 plus. Ensure Google and Bing can pick up all eligible URLs. Deliver proof in 7 days.

If there needs to be changes to any url's then they must be approved so it doesn't impact interlinking so for that if titles or meta titles need shortening for example then discuss first for approval.

Scope of work

Correct any schema errors across all 4 sites and feedback what the tweaks were oir errors in the schema

Canonicals and indexability

Self-canonical on every indexable page and post.

No page-level noindex on pages that should rank.

Pagination and archives configured correctly.

Verify no conflicting X-Robots-Tag headers from CDN or WAF.

Status codes and redirects

All target URLs return 200.

Remove redirect chains and mixed host or protocol hops.

Fix internal links that point to 3xx or 4xx.

Crawl and re-submission

IndexNow key in place and tested.

One-time bulk submission to Bing via IndexNow or the URL Submission API.

Google: request indexing for all indexable pages, not just top pages. Provide proof of requests and any rate-limit handling plan.

Core Web Vitals quick wins

Defer non-critical JS, lazy-load images/iframes, compress heavy media.

Fix layout shift on hero sections.

Fix log with URLs and what changed.

10-page spot check per domain with screenshots: 200 status, self-canonical, indexable meta, present in sitemap.

Acceptance criteria (one-off)

All must be true at sign-off:

Ahrefs Health ≥ 90 on each domain.

Critical errors = 0 on each domain.

Internal 4xx = 0.

Canonical issues = 0 (no canonicals to redirected or alternate hosts).

Redirect chains = 0 for all internally linked pages.

IndexNow working with proof of successful submissions.

Google indexing requested for all indexable pages with evidence.

10-page spot check passes per domain.

Note: Actual search engine indexing speed is outside anyone’s control. Success is defined as corrected signals, clean crawls, and verified submissions for all indexable URLs.
