Offpage SEO

We need some who assist in enhancing our business and brand with off page SEO. The onpage SEO has not been completed as yet but feel this is more a static optimisation that can be handled by our existing web designer.

Therefore we need a detailed approach of what you can do. No black hat methods should be used as it will go against us. Understanding of google's current algrythem and other search engines should be a default.

Integration with tools is preferred.
