Niche Directory Link Building – Student Housing Website (USA)

I run a student housing guide website targeting University of Alabama /
Tuscaloosa, Alabama (tuscaloosastudenthousing.com). I'm looking for an
experienced link builder to execute a targeted directory and resource
link building campaign for a specific page.

THE TASK:
Find and secure placements on relevant directories, resource pages, and
listings that would naturally link to this content. Target categories include:

- Off-campus student housing directories (e.g. Off-Campus Partners,
university housing resource pages)
- Apartment listing platforms with contributed content or resource sections
- Alabama / Tuscaloosa local directories
- Student life and college resource websites
- Relocation and renter resource pages
- Any .edu adjacent pages that list off-campus housing resources

WHAT I WANT:
- Minimum 15 placed links
- All placements must be topically relevant (student housing, rentals,
Alabama/Tuscaloosa, college life)
- No link farms, PBNs, or low-DA spam sites
- DA 20+ preferred, but relevance beats raw DA for this niche
- Full delivery report: URL of placement, anchor text used, DA,
live link confirmed

WHAT I DON'T WANT:
- Generic directory submissions (Yellow Pages, Yelp etc.)
- Any grey-hat or link scheme tactics
- Links from sites with no real traffic or audience

DELIVERABLE:

BUDGET: Open to proposals. Please quote per confirmed placed link
or as a fixed project fee. Include 2-3 examples of similar work
you've done for niche/local sites.

All links must be approved, if you would like to send them prior to taking the time to insert, please do so.
