    I just have only two questions that will help me understand what may be causing the drop in your website performance:-
    1.When did you notice your website traffic and customer enquiries starting to drop was it after the recent website refresh?
    2. Have you checked Google Search Console to see whether your website has lost Google rankings or organic traffic for your main interior design services?

    When you say refreshed yourself and lost customers, do you mean to say that you rebuild the site and as a result traffic went down from before or something else personal?
