I am looking for someone who will be able to help me create a marketing plan to attract bookings for my upcoming airbnb in Heathrow, West London.

The property will have 15 rooms and I will be starting with renting two of the rooms as short lets/airbnb.

The aim of the marketing plan will be to drive bookings for the rooms available.
As the property is near Heathrow airport, my thoughts are to focus marketing on specific audiences, some of my ideas for audiences would be as follows;
*People who may be flying into Heathrow airport
*Holiday makers
*Coaching companies
*Heathrow airport frequent flyers
*Heathrow airport staff members

I am happy to market on multiple digital platforms as well e.g. facebook, google ads etc

I will be looking for a clear and actionable marketing plan
