Local SEO quote for an established UK site

I need an SEO quote for UK local services website. So, local SEO needed for one site. The website is about 7 years old, maybe more. It has very well before and has great GMB with lots of reviews and TrustPilot etc. The SEO was always done by me by purchasing links via sources.

The truth is I could rank this site, because I have done it before, but I am doing too many things and I am distracted so I have done next to no SEO on this site in a few years. The site still manages to rank okay given the lack of investment.

I have just installed a fresh site hoping to start fresh with a new site design and new SEO campaign.
If you can deliver results at a fair price, then please get in touch. I have 3 sites. I will start with one, and see how it goes. I am a one man band with limited budgets, so if you are a big agency, then I am probably not the right client for you because I don't have a big budget.

I would prefer a UK SEO person mainly because my sites target the UK, but I am open to people outside the UK.

I am hoping you give me a monthly price. I don't need flashy reports etc. I am happy to implement any on-site changes that you feel is required. I have access to SEO software, so I know the positions. I am realistic, I know it's a long term thing. So, what I need is for someone to say this the position now on these keywords, and this how we expect to progress, in the next 3 months, and then the next 6 months and so on. I need to see results in positions/traffic over a period of time. I hope that all makes sense.
