Link building using SEOProfiler

I'm looking for someone to work 8 hours a week on link building for a web design agency. The site has some excellent links already so I'm looking for quality link building.

I use SEOProfiler and Link Assistant so I'm looking for someone to work closely with over skype on this as will want to have contact throughout the day.

I will need reports each week of the links you have submitted to and you'll be using the tools for looking at competitors for link opportunities.

There is potential for more hours it this goes well as I am looking to outsource link building for several other sites.
