Link Building / SEO

I want a link building campaign that will get backlinks from genuine newsworthy sites such as entrepreneur.com. We are looking for financial publications but could also do tech as we are an online accountants that only use Xero.

Could you let me know if this is something you can achieve. I am also open to any other ideas you may have but I only want genuine SEO work - no blackhat.
