Link Building: MANUAL Article Commenting & Directory Submissions // Ongoing Project

I need somebody to MANUALLY submit my website to a variety of directory listings to provide links to my site. I also need somebody to manually comment on articles to provide links to my site.

I am looking for someone to do this work regularly for me across a few websites that I own. This job is just a test run but there will be regular work:

120 manual article comments
- I have the exact URLs that I want comments to be placed upon.
- Using a variety of different anchor text (some with no anchor text).
- Some with about me text, some without.
- Using 4 sepperate names (ie 4 gravatar profiles).
- Each comment needs to directly relate to the article and make a comment relating to the article. Generic comments are not OK.
- A report after articles are submitted detailing what the comment was, when the comment was made and under who's name it was made.

20 manual Directory Submissions
- I have the exact Directories that I want to be listed in.
- I have the writing for the directory listings.
- A report after articles are submitted detailing what the directory was, when the listing was made and under who's name it was made.
