Link building from UK websites

We are a uk based website that deals with motor vehicles
with 15 main landing pages each dealing with individual makes of car (eg Volvo)
we need someone to go onto the appropriate BRITISH owners forums/club websites etc and put links to our landing pages on the forums – the links must be of the type to be long lasting
initially we want 10 links per make
the links must each be different in their text , and completely factual , we are not in the business of telling lies about ourselves
