Link Building and SEO

I have created a new website and I would like professional support to provide services that make my website achieve high search engine rankings. I will give details of my website by PM but to give an idea: it has my chosen keyword within the domain name and it currently has PR0 with only one backlink from a PR4 page. I have already created the website landing page which I consider to have a high keyword density. The current page that comes up as No.1 on Google for my chosen keyword has PR3, does not have the keyword in its domain name and has a poor keyword density. Google’s Keyword Tool tells me there are currently 60,500 global monthly searches for my chosen search term.

I am looking for a professional to make their judgement on the best way of achieving high Google results for my particular website and to carry out their proposals (be it link building, site optimisation, a combination of both, or whatever). I appreciate achieving No.1 on Google would be a time consuming task and therefore am open to monthly service plan proposals.

I am open to suggestions for achieving high search engine rankings. This is not a standard “create as many poor quality backlinks as you can” project, unless of course the professional advises me this the most successful way of achieving high search engine rankings. I acknowledge SEO is a complicated skill and therefore am seeking someone who can assist me in making my website appear highly within search engines.
