Link Building - 400 manual links required per month

I am looking for 400 links per month to my website , very important i want the links to be manually created not created automatically by a robot so they look naturally built. I will give you keywords for my categories on my site so that you can use them to link to the website

I would require you to present the work you have completed as a spreadsheet of links created, listing the exact link UrL you have created to enable me to view the source and link anchor text used when creating the link.. as i will be checking the links created each month to ensure they are decent quality .

I only want high quality links to be created from high domain authority sites from fashion forums, business directories , fashion bloggers etc, and no toxic domains (for eg: dangerous / dodgy websites which we all know exist).
