I need to make my site responsive and then google optimise it.

Hello!

My current website (www.catparnell.com) isn't coming up very high up on google and I want it to be the first thing that comes up when you type in my name. I also want to optimise my site for anyone looking for a makeup artist in London, UK. An old site is up first and I don't want it to be on the list at all.

I also need my website to be made responsive for mobiles and tablets to ensure I can optimise my site.

I just need help with making my site much more popular within the industry and get more traffic!
