I need to improve my plastering website work performance, it looks like the website does not give a lot of work leads from last year, could you have a look and let me know what you suggest?

I'm in first place at Google position plastering Worcester keyword but everything around Worcester like Malvern, Evesham, Droitwich, Redditch, Kidderminster Pershore etc is far away from the first top so maybe this is the problem, definitely I have much less work leads.
I looking for long-term cooperation.
