I need keyword research and catchy headlines!

We would like to outsource our keyword research and headline creation.

The initial project will be for our blog in the fitness niche that targets the UK.

We require someone to provide keywords for 30 articles.

Each article must have:
A main keyword that is of medium difficulty (uk traffic).
A longtail keyword of easy difficulty (uk traffic).
A catchy headline

We would prefer someone who uses SEMrush as that's what we use but would be open to other known tools.
