Help with link building and SEO

I run a small agency and have a few clients I need someones help with SEO, in particular I am looking for someone who has the technical skills to help fix on-site SEO issues and also someone to help with link building outreach. We have a good system of developing good content and identifying links, we just need someone who can help us speed up that process.

You don't have to be an expert at both, willing to work with more than one person.

Looking for around two days a month at the moment, budget is per day. it's small at the moment but growing, and the more time we can free up from doing these tasks the more work we can bring in.
