My site was hacked by a Japanese keyword hacker, and while we cleaned it out yesterday, it still shows up in Google with Japanese characters. My website developer estimates that it will take some time, and we have already filed a Google sitemap. However, we've seen a big decline in keyword searches on Google and are wondering if anyone can assist us.
