General help please! Squarespace site already live

I need help with boosting my search engine rankings and instruction on setting out my site in the most effective way. I am happy with the content and look of the site so not looking for help with the design as such. www.kzart.com . It would be great to find someone who is happy to work ad-hoc longer term when I need assistance aswell. I also have 2 other websites which well eventually need looking at.
