Fix SEO and delete Google Analytics account

I have an online store with 280+ products (not yet included the variation of each products). Someone had helped me to do the SEO, but he didn't finished the work. I have an audit report, if you want to have a look I can give it to you. I need a person finish the remaining work.

This person needs to:
1. Have full site check on SEO issue, including pages and products.
2. Suggest what need to update on SEO, provide the timeline for this task.
3. Anything to do with SEO to improve sales.

Because the person who took the job previously didn't finish the job but he took over my Google Analytics account, so I want the person for this task can also help me to delete the Google Analytics account so that I can remove that "admin". I tried to delete it myself, but I couldn't submit the form. I don't know why.

Please state how much time you need to do for this project. For the price issue, because I have limited budget, I can only pay under $50. Please quote the SEO price for whole website and delete the Google Analytics account all in one.
