Backlink creation for PPC Agency (Only Niche based)

I would like to get backlinks from Digital Marketing related (e.g. PPC, Google Ads etc) sites [preferably from .co.uk domains] for an article published on our ppc agency website. I'll share the link with shortlisted freelancer.
