Set up assistance for google adwords campaign.

We would like a fixed price per google ads setup.

I need Set up assistance for google adwords campaign. Two initial jobs, followed by many more as we may start selling this service to clients. We do not want Smart campaigns but regular google ads campaigns. We have a list of keywords and locations and Ads already written. So we just need them set up properly. Also may need advice on negative keywords.

this is URGENT. Proposals needed in 24 hours and the work to start on monday.
