SEO and Google ad words support

I am a Nutritional Therapist with a long marketing background and built my site in Webeden www.thefoodfixer.com. Whilst this was fine as a starting point I'm now struggling to add functionality e.g. pdfs for people to download, blog, facebook/linkedin links and logins. I also need to have a concerted effort on lead generation and know I need help with SEO, keywords/metatags and I'd like to run some google ad campaigns. I'm basically looking for someone to review the site (currently 10 pages) and advise on:
-if webeden is a good base for the functionality I need or if I need to take an alternate route
- suggest and conduct necessary revisions to the site
- SEO
- set up / advise me on running google ad words campaigns or alternate lead generation systems
I've realised from trying to do this myself that I neither have the skill set or the interest in progressing this so, although this is a small initial project, I am looking to build a longer term relationship with someone who can support my web development and lead generation on an ongoing basis so I can focus on what I'm good at.
