SEM, AdWords and PPC support for a new e-commerce company

Seeking highly effective, experienced professional with great communication skills to set-up of SEM, AdWords and PPC marketing for a new e-commerce website (www.v2osports.com) in order to A) build a strong share of presence for Black Friday with a high ROAS with track-able spend and ROI, and B) enable me to understand enough to either undertake or manage similar activity in the near future (process, dashboards, platforms, key metrics, etc.).
