Description
Experience Level: Entry
Hi,
I have a website built in Wordpress using Thrive Themes at https://officespacetorent.uk
Google Ads have rejected an ads campaign suggesting that there is malicious software on my site and that I should remove some links. Please see below response from Google
--
Summary: The domain has malicious or bad links
The following are the links available on the website https://officespacetorent.uk/ which needs to be removed
[Links to be provided]
Recommendations:
Check the status of your site in Google Search Console.
If you haven’t used the Search Console before, enter the URL of your website and click "Add a property" to see its status. You may need to verify that you own the site.
If Search Console doesn’t report any problems, your site could still have security issues that were detected by Google Ads.
Consult with your webmaster or web hosting provider and to investigate further. Learn more about how we identify malicious or unwanted software.
Remove any malicious or unwanted software. Google provides resources and instructions to help you fix your site through Help for Hacked Websites. If you can’t fix the ad’s destination, update the ad with a new destination that complies with this policy.
Edit the ad. This will resubmit the ad and its destination for review. Most ads are reviewed within 1 business day, though some can take longer if they need a more complex review.
Please note that once you clean the website with these Malicious & Unwanted Software, please resubmit the ads for an automatic review

Thrive Support have suggested that I should delete all my plugins and re-install.
WP Engine, where my site is hosted has not detected any issues. My domain is backed up daily and now has a stating environment.
What I’d like for you to do is;
1. Check that my WP Engine stating environment is configured properly - I can grant you access once I know your email
2. Delete the Thrive Product Manager and all associated plugins - I am happy to give you full admin access to my site to do this
3. Reinstall Thrive Product Manager and plugins - I have the zip file ready for you to do this but can also give you access to my Thrive Dashboard of needed.
4. Update my production site to the newly resolved stating environment inside WP Engine.
5 Check that the problem has been resolved*
I appreciate I may also need to do this with Google once we are confident the issue is resolved.
Can you help me with this and if so what gig would I need to order?
Thanks
