PPC Agency Account setup

We are looking for an experienced UK-based PPC specialist to set up and structure paid advertising accounts for a growing brand.

This is a one-off setup project initially, with strong potential for ongoing monthly management for the right person.

Project Overview

We need a PPC expert to:

Set up and fully structure Google Ads and/or Meta Ads accounts

Configure tracking correctly (GA4, conversion tracking, pixels, event setup)

Build campaigns aligned to clear commercial objectives

Implement best-practice account architecture

Conduct keyword research (where applicable)

Create tightly structured ad groups

Set up audience targeting and exclusions

Provide a clean, scalable foundation for performance growth

We want this done properly from day one — no messy builds, no shortcuts.

Deliverables

Fully structured ad account(s)

Conversion tracking verified and tested

Campaign naming conventions documented

Audience strategy outlined

Negative keyword strategy (Google Ads)

Initial ad copy variants

Clear handover documentation

Ideal Candidate

UK-based PPC specialist (essential)

Proven experience setting up profitable accounts

Strong understanding of GA4 and tracking configuration

Data-driven and commercially minded

Able to explain decisions clearly

Experience across multiple industries preferred
