ONLINE QUIZZ FOR ANNIVERSARY

Hi,
I’m looking for someone to create an online quiz for my company 5-year anniversary event.
The quiz will be available on one touchscreen during the evening, with guests participating individually.
Requirements:
- Around 10 questions (content will be provided)
- Participant registration (name/email)
- Automatic score calculation
- Participants reaching the required score qualify for a prize draw
- Random winner selection at the end of the evening
- Automatic reset after each participant
- Customized with LOUNA branding
- Approximately 80 guests
- One-time event use only
The prize will be an Apple Watch.
