own a fitness facility called Level Up Gym in Southport, UK, offering open gym access, functional fitness, Hyrox, and CrossFit-style classes. We currently have around 700 members, with the majority using the open gym. I want to grow to 1,000 members and increase class attendance from 100 to 250 members over the next 6 months.
