Hello,
We currently use the below tools, i am lookign for someone to help us improve analytic quality / accuracy as well as offer ideas to improve this further.
Current project will be:
1. Improve our google analytics accuracy. Currently this information in GA4 is not linking to our Shopify data. The google data is always out. I want to make sure Google ads, Meta, GA4 and shopify is aligning. We are using the google app currently for tracking with shopify. Google ads and shopify link, but GA4 is always out. I am not interested in setting up other trackers, I just need to make sure GA4 is accurate with shopify.
2. We use clarity to track web sessions. I need help to make sure UTM's in google ads are set up currently so we can track these better through Shopify, clarity and GA4.
3. Suggest affordable third party tools to track
Point 1 and 2 are the main ones i need done. These can be quotes separately or together.
We use:
- shopify
- meta ads
- google ads
- google anlytics
- microsoft clarity

Hello Enigma, you mentioned you used Shopify app integration to setup these things which is automated method that's why sometimes the data doesn't capture properly, so I highly suggesting you to go with Manual method like GTM to setup everything both browser and server with using Shopify customer events ecommerce dataLayer which is Shopify latest solution, are you interested? and may I see your website for auditing purpose?
