I need a Google adwords expert

I need a Google adwords expert to audit and make changes to my Google adwords account.

I already have an account up and running and need someone who is willing to audit and make changes to optimise my account and check my competition.

Please be aware the campaign is already running, I am in need of an expert to improve quality score, audience, keywords, ad's, ROI, reduce cost per click, etc. etc.

I would like to know what previous experience you have of auditing and running adwords campaigns and I would like to know monthly costs for ongoing maintenance.
