High-Converting Meta & Google Ads Expert for Business

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and scale our paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.

Our primary goal is to generate high-quality leads and sales from cold traffic, especially targeting the Global market.

Scope of Work:

Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
Develop high-converting ad creatives and copy
Audience research and targeting (cold + retargeting)
Funnel strategy and conversion optimization
Daily/weekly performance tracking and reporting
Scaling campaigns with profitable ROAS

Requirements:

Proven experience managing paid ads (Meta + Google)
Experience targeting USA audience
Strong understanding of conversion tracking (Pixel, GA4, Server-side tracking preferred)
Ability to generate leads/sales from cold traffic
Good communication skills

Preferred Skills:

Funnel building (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, etc.)
Landing page optimization
Email marketing integration
A/B testing and data analysis
