Help with PPC

Hi,
We need help with PPC - we have adwords (and Bing - I think..) set up, but currently only run brand-name campaign.

We are a London-based women's sex shop ( award-winning & ethical ) - so competition is fierce & keywords expensive...

Our adwords is a mess! We had an agency 'help' us a couple of years ago - they set up loads of ads, which sucked up money with very little return. In the end, they admitted defeat :(

We are a small company and don't have the time needed to oversee & analyse adwords, nor money to waste (who does!!?) but having been a victim of penguin/puffin (or whatever it's called) google algorithm which has seen our traffic halved, we need to do something!
