Google PPC and Facebook marketing

Our campaigns are running and bring in decent revenue and exposure for our brand however I feel that it could be optimised more. I am using various tools to monitor our campaigns currently.

I would like to hire someone who could help manage our campaigns on a monthly spend between £500-£1000.
Once our campaigns are fully optimised, I would like to increase our monthly spend to first 5k, and then 10k a month whilst introducing various new lines. We are also looking for someone to advertise more on social media marketing also.
